Through reverse-engineering, we can manufacture new parts to OEM standards, delivering the same high-quality at a reduced cost. Additionally, our in-house programming team leverages industry-leading Allen-Bradley hardware and advanced 3D modelling software, SolidWorks, to develop parts and solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.

The parts we supply can be manufactured to fit almost any make and model of VFFS machinery.

Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to supply any jaw sets for rotary jaw systems.

Used to crimp the bag, this vital part can be made to any specification.

Due to in-house manufacturing, we are able to offer a reduced price and all jaw sets come full constructed with heater elements, temperature sensors and end caps (designed to keep cables protected during use).

Jaw sealing bars seal the film to create the bags.

Currently, we supply these parts for Aquarius, Sandiacre and Rovema machines, however, we are able to manufacture jaw sealing bars for any make and model, as long as an example set can be provided as reference.

We have experience in producing both heat seal (typically used for film such as crips and nuts) and poly welding jaws (for stretchy film which is used for frozen goods).

Used to secure the film required to create the bags.

Our film reel shafts have been enhanced to improve ease of use, resulting in more efficient maintenance.
